The Day

It's a practical and interactive workshop where delegates:

• Break into syndicate groups
• Discuss a retail / profit improvement topic
• Present and discuss their ideas with the whole group
• Collate and discuss all the ideas generated.

The timetable and agenda are flexible and we can even run an edited version of the programme in a 3 hour session.

To follow up the session we:

• Collate the presentations / ideas from each group
• Word Process and send all info to each delegate - along with our own list of practical ideas to consider on the subject matters discussed
• Offer a 'no charge - call us with a question' service to delegates.
