Retail Regeneration Programmes

Working with local retail cluster groups has proven to be an exciting and successful initiative, with outstanding results.

To date we’ve completed programmes for retailers located in rural areas, market towns and city centres. These include:

• Abbey Green – Nuneaton
• Old Town – Leamington Spa
• Foleshill – Coventry

Retail Workshop Ltd research, set up and manage programmes aimed at:

• Highlighting practical opportunities for business development and improvements.
• Working with retailers to set up and then achieve individual Shop Action Plans.
• Progressing Business Improvements initiatives both for the group and individual outlets.
• Carrying out a series of Awareness Improvement activities.

Accessing funding from various sources also enable the programmes to achieve significant improvements in the visual presentation of; the locality, shop fronts and shop interiors – whilst at the same time improving security measures.

Results in improving retailers’ sales and profits have far exceeded targets and these, in addition to recruitment, training and IT Developments, leave the retailers well positioned for further continued growth.
